Trump fans slam Walmart over Impeach 45 clothes

Supporters of the US President have taken to social media to attack Walmart for selling anti-Trump baby clothing online.

The clothes feature the slogan ‘Impeach 45’ (in other words, impeach President Trump, the 45th President of the United States). They were spotted by Ryan Fournier, who shared a link on Twitter and asked the retailer: “Why are you selling Impeach 45 baby clothes on your website? What kind of message are you trying to send?” 

At the time of writing, the tweet had attracted 2,600+ replies and had been retweeted 7,000+ times and liked 8,600+ times. Responses included: ‘You're seriously selling baby wear that calls for the impeachment the President of the United States? Do you think patriotic Americans don't shop at your stores? Is this what you represent? Call 1-800-WALMART to reach comment line! #WalkAway from Walmart!’

Walmart, it should be stressed, sells a wide range of politically-themed clothing online, including Make America Great Again hats and shirts and Trump for President mugs and key-chains. But no doubt that factoid would be dismissed as FAKE NEWS by those attacking the retailer.
