HappyOrNot collects NRF guest, retailer satisfaction data

The National Retail Federation is using HappyOrNot’s Smiley terminals to gauge guest and retailer satisfaction throughout its flagship event, NRF 2019, being held this week at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
