HERO powers Three Store Now initiative
Three Mobile has launched Three Store Now in partnership with HERO.
In 75 Three stores across the UK, advisors are using the latter’s app to connect with nearby customers on three.co.uk via chat, video and livestreaming.
This also features Contacts which has been rolled out in-app to let advisors alert opted-in customers when hotly anticipated devices become available to buy. For example, during September’s iPhone 11 launch, Three stores were able to text customers they’d previously interacted with and direct them to buy either in-store or online.
