Five retailers/brands that are so innovative right now

These retailers and brands are leading the way in providing technology and experiences that are one step ahead of their customers’ expectations.

1. Marks and Spencer

M&S and Infarm have completed the first phase of an urban farming partnership, announced in September.

2. Manchester United

Alibaba Group is set to be the official Chinese home for Manchester United video content.

3. Nordstrom

Nordstrom is working with Attabotics and Tompkins Robotics at its warehouse in Newark, California.

The aim is to modernise the storage and sortation of products with a combined solution that uses up to an estimated 90% less footprint within its facility.

4. Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s Pizza has been testing its new GPS delivery tracking technology for much of 2019.

Its stores across the US are now adding this and by the end of 2019 roughly a quarter of locations will have it in place. A significant portion of the remaining stores are expected to have the technology available in 2020.

5. Baukjen

Womenswear brand Baukjen is working with Curalate to harness social media posts on its homepage and in a dedicated ‘Shop their style’ section.
