Brolliesgalore works with Oxatis Group on web store overhaul

UK pureplay Brolliesgalore reports a significant rise in sales following the launch of its new e-commerce site.

It worked with Oxatis Group on this, tapping its SaaS technology and introducing a ‘back in stock’ notification system and enabling shoppers to see delivery costs before they need to input any details at checkout. Transactions almost doubled during the fourth quarter of 2018 compared to the same period the previous year, while the number of visitors rose by 53%. Mobile sales increased in volume by 19%.

“Our online store features over 1,000 umbrellas and we wanted it to be as user-friendly as possible,” says Christine Naysmith, Director and Co-Founder of Brolliesgalore. “The multi-feature platform enables us to properly showcase our different styles and colours and offer a straightforward shopping journey. Advanced customisation means we are able to constantly refine our site, so it can develop and grow along with our business.”
