Barclaycard announces TouchBistro tie up

Barclaycard ’s payment technology has been integrated with TouchBistro, whose EPoS offering currently powers over 16,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries.

Wait staff use TouchBistro to enter table-side or over-the-counter orders and send them to the bar or kitchen for preparation, while food pictures and allergen information are also available. As a result of the Barclaycard integration, payment values will be automatically calculated in the offering, including splits and gratuities, and then processed by the payment terminal.
