Pink Clove hooks up with Klarna

Women’s plus size fashion brand Pink Clove has announced a ‘buy now, pay later’ partnership with Klarna.

Online customers will be able to pay in three equal instalments, allowing them to split their final payments over several months. They will also have the option to use Klarna’s Pay later solution at the checkout, and pay directly through to the company up to 30 days after delivery.

Head of E-Commerce Jonathon Townsend comments: “We’re always looking for new ways to improve the Pink Clove shopping experience and with ‘buy now, pay later’ becoming more popular for consumers, it was obvious to partner with Klarna. The service empowers customers to split their payment over more manageable amounts, especially useful in the run up to payday.”

Mothercare

Yesterday, we reported that Klarna and Mothercare had announced an extension of their partnership, which sees the Pay later, Pay in 3 and Slice it products available online and in-store across the UK.

The retailer was one of the first to offer the in-store solutions, which launched earlier this year. Donna Storey, Global Digital & Marketing Director, commented: “We wanted to partner with a business that could help us give families more control over how and when they pay, but also make the shopping experience smoother and less stressful.”

She added: “Klarna was the obvious choice for us as the market leader in payments and experience. We can’t wait to see how our customers respond to the new products, knowing it will help make their lives just that little bit easier.”
