Co-op Group rolls-out Symatrix HR systems tech

The Co-op Group has deployed Symatrix’s managed service solution to support its HR systems.

It says that this will allow it to take advantage of the expanding capabilities and functionalities within the Oracle Cloud offering, which will help drive efficiencies and adopt more functionality and automation. In turn this will drive down cost, while improving the overall employee experience and levels of engagement.

More specifically, it will enable Co-op to make changes to its HR systems on demand and have the Symatrix team augment its own in-house HCM delivery should the volume of support queries spike.
