Five retailers/brands that are so innovative right now

These retailers and brands are leading the way in providing technology and experiences that are one step ahead of their customers’ expectations.

1. Sainsbury’s

Around three million customers shopped with Sainsbury’s and Argos on smartphones, tablets and in-store handsets on Saturday 21st, Sunday 22nd and Monday 23rd December.  

2. Co-op

Co-op has announced that, over the next 12 months, its same-day delivery services will be available across almost 100 towns and cities, served by 650 stores.

3. Boots

Boots and Public Health England have announced a three-year partnership which kicks off with the launch of the Reboot Quiz

4. Loop

AiFi is providing the technology for the first ever autonomous gas station convenience store, situated in Silicon Valley.

5. Burger King

Burger King has started Bitcoin payments in the first of 40 stores in Venezuela.

A tweet confirmed that a branch in the Sambil area of Caracas now accepts the cryptocurrency, along with altcoins Ether, Litecoin, Binance Coin and Dash and stablecoin Tether. The other 39 locations will follow suit this year.
