Woolworths Australia tests out mobile phone holders on trolleys

Woolworths Australia has fitted mobile phone holders to trolleys at selected stores.

“We’re always looking at ways to bring new and convenient shopping experiences to our customers,” a spokesperson says.

“The mobile phone holders were introduced in stores with Scan&Go technology to help customers easily scan products with their smartphone as they walked through the store and paid through the app.”

Woolworths first trialled Scan&Go in 2018 and it is now available at 22 stores across Australia.
