Luxury watch company, Christopher Ward, has launched a new online platform, built by Tryzens and powered by Salesforce.
Features include artificial intelligence and video integration personalised to each customer’s experience. The new site also offers editorial content following the digitalisation of Loupe – the brand’s in-house magazine.
