E-commerce platform venture Swell lands seed funding
Headless commerce startup Swell has raised $3.4 million in seed funding.
This was led by Jim Andelman of Bonfair Ventures.
It also included Willow Growth Partners, Andreas Klinger of Remote First Capital, Guillermo Rauch of Versail CEO, GitHub CTO Jason Warner, and former Salesforce Commerce Cloud CTO Mike Michucci.

US-based Swell launched out of stealth in September of last year.
“We've spent the last 18 months creating the most powerful headless e-commerce platform for the next generation of entrepreneurs,” it tweeted at the time.
It added: “Headless storefront themes. Now anyone can build a fast & flexible online store in minutes. Leverage a modern stack without wasting time and money. Customise with a no-code editor and hire a developer to go farther when the time is right.”
