Visa and Ascenda team on loyalty and rewards in Asia Pacific
Visa has announced a strategic partnership in Asia Pacific with loyalty technology venture Ascenda.
As a result, the payments giant will be the first globally to leverage Ascenda’s Nexus platform, which will enable Visa’s partners to adopt a new rewards programme for their customers.
According to a press release, “the new product eliminates all technical integration for launching loyalty programmes whether you’re a bank, FinTech or card issuer. Setup lead time, complexity and cost are all reduced by a factor of ten relative to current industry norms.”

The solution is currently being rolled out across Asia Pacific.
