Homebase brings home and garden products to Tesco stores
British home improvement retailer and garden centre, Homebase, has announced a partnership with grocery giant Tesco, to bring its products to the latter’s UK stores.
The first store will open in Borehamwood on 19th March, followed by Walkden and Woolwich in April.
A Click and Collect service will allow customers to place their order on the Homebase website and pick up within one hour.
We have all relied on our green spaces to give us space and a breath of fresh air over the past 18 months.

That's why we want to plant a billion seeds by the 30th October! We've made it easier with a half price offer on all seeds in-store. #BillionSeedChallenge @togethercoalit pic.twitter.com/kZ3CNlPYlu
Damian McGloughlin, CEO at Homebase, says: “We’re really excited to be partnering with Tesco, bringing our home and garden products and expertise to even more local communities.”
“We’re always looking for ways to make it easier for customers to shop with us and teaming up with Tesco means we’re able to do just that.”
The move builds on a tie up with Next, which saw eight Homebase garden centres open in Next stores in Southampton, Norwich, Shoreham, Ipswich, Warrington, Camberley, Bristol and Sheffield, last year.
Three additional pop-ups opened in March in North Shields, Solihull and High Wycombe.
