RTIH has scoured the retail technology world to find the most influential figures for this comprehensive list of people and trends that shaped the industry in 2021 and will continue to drive it further in 2022.
2021 was a year like no other.
With Covid-19 continuing to drive a seismic change in shopping habits, and the likes of checkout free stores, rapid delivery services, the metaverse and NFTs breaking through to the mainstream, it was one of the most eventful years in the history of retail tech.
But behind all the news headlines stood the people who worked on and contributed to the development of the retail tech space.
Enter the RTIH Top 100 Retail Technology Influencers List. In addition to social presence, we also take into account award winners, event speakers, books published, media appearances, and people building innovative companies, solutions etc in the retail space.
