Former IGD Commercial Customer Director Kate Sizer joins TruRating as its new Chief Customer Officer
TruRating has appointed Kate Sizer, most recently Commercial Customer Director at IGD, as Chief Customer Officer. Sizer will focus on strengthening the company’s enterprise client relationships, helping retailers put customer insights to work across their businesses, and expanding the advisory support that turns those insights into clear priorities.
TruRating asks one anonymous question at payment and links each answer to the purchase. It claims that, on average, 84% of in-store customers answer, giving retailers enough feedback to understand how customer experience impacts commercial outcomes at store and shift level.
Sizer joins as TruRating expands how clients use that data, from configurable dashboards to their own data warehouse and AI assistants their teams already use. She has spent more than 20 years in grocery, working with clients to collect, interpret, and act on customer research and insights.
“Customers are thinking harder about where they shop, and retailers want data they can trust before they hand decisions to AI. As more retailers turn to TruRating, Kate will make sure they act on what they learn, from the store floor to the boardroom. I’m so excited to have her with us,” says Georgina Nelson, CEO and Co-founder at TruRating.
“With customer experiences evolving so quickly, I was drawn to TruRating’s unique ability to capture vast volumes of data as each purchase happens, so problems surface before they cost another customer. As commercial pressures increase, leading with insights that show a clear return is critical for future decision-making,” says Sizer.
