Argos bets big on analytical thinking

Argos says that it is investing heavily in customer analytics to “help the business make more informed decisions, to understand what's driving value, engagement and satisfaction, as well as producing insights that make the whole business say a-ha!”

“Across the Insights department, we're looking for dynamic, intelligent analysts to join us and we have a wide range of opportunities available, both in terms of role profile and seniority,” Nick Davies, Customer Analysis Controller at Argos says in a LinkedIn post. “We're looking in particular for test & learn specialists, modelling & segmentation specialists, reporting specialists, general analytics experts. And we're looking at everyone from senior managers through to those who wish to start their analytics career in a fast moving, exciting environment.”

He adds: “Joining us now is a great time to do so, as you'll be able to help shape the team as we grow; there's a lot of opportunity here to lead our analytical thinking.”
