Gymshark has been using Perkbox’s platform over the last three years to attract, retain and better engage with its employees.
Since launching the partnership, it says that the login rate of employees on the platform is at 91%, with its highest amount of redemptions coming from the customer, marketing and operations teams. Initiatives include a ‘Perk of the Week’ offering, whereby a popular perk from the Perkbox platform is chosen and promoted to staff.
