Swarovski taps Go Instore tech for shop live offering

Swarovski has worked with Go Instore on the launch of a project in Australia, enabling customers to connect to its sales consultants in-store from both their desktop or mobile device.

“Our aim was to build a connection online and ensure a personalised experience through a live video chat. And there’s more in the pipeline. Stay tuned!” Swarovski said in a LInkedIn post.

Samsung

Last month, we reported that Go Instore was partnering with Samsung to launch a live HD video streaming platform.

This allows online customers to connect with Samsung staff members from their own homes. They can explore the brand’s range and receive advice to help support their purchasing decision.

“Demand for virtual experiences has been accelerated by the Covid-19 crisis, as shoppers look online,” said Andre Hordagoda, CEO at Go Instore.

“We are grateful we are able to support retail during these difficult times, but also believe new consumer habits have formed that will remain beyond the current crisis to become a new norm.”

Nick White, Online Director at Samsung UK & Ireland, commented: “Partnering with Go Instore enables us to enhance digital experience for our customers, especially during a time when they may prefer to engage virtually.”

“When buying online, expert advice is always beneficial but is not always accessible through online retail channels. The Samsung live video chat solution facilitates that human interaction as it connects our experienced experts directly to our customers.”
