Ella’s Kitchen enlists Mapp for customer engagement initiative
Mapp Digital has been selected by Ella’s Kitchen to help boost its customer engagement and ECRM strategy.
The UK baby food brand is looking to strengthen its Friends programme, which provides customers with emails containing weaning tips, recipes, product news, coupons etc.
Initial plans include developing a fully responsive and dynamic template so the team at Ella’s Kitchen can deliver more personalised content for customers. This will be coupled with increasing the relevancy of the content via Mapp’s whiteboards in Mapp Engage.
Mapp Acquire will be used to collect behavioural data so that the content served via email, push notifications, SMS and direct mail can be tailored accordingly.
