Italian luxury brand, Salvatore Ferragamo, has chosen Medallia Experience Cloud to improve the customer experience across its physical stores and e-commerce sites.
The implementation of the solution in the UK market follows on from an initial project during the first wave of the coronavirus pandemic, which has helped Ferragamo understand and react to changing consumer sentiments.
