Pandora enlists IBM Sterling and Salesforce for digital first push
Pandora has deployed the IBM Sterling Order Management solution.
Pandora’s entry into e-commerce over the last six years most recently led it to consolidate legacy technologies while deploying the aforementioned solution across its key markets.
It is using IBM Sterling Order Management as its backend for omnichannel fulfilment and Salesforce Commerce Cloud for e-commerce.
“Over the past couple of years, we have made significant investments in digital capabilities and data, and we have consolidated, simplified and modernised the technology stack to bring digital and store technology closer together and closer to the customer,” says Jim Cruickshank, VP of Digital Development & Retail Technology, Pandora.
“Our mission is about creating a personal experience and we’ve instituted massive platform changes with IBM Sterling and Salesforce to enable new digital first capabilities that are much more individualised, localised and connected across channels and markets.”
