Al Mana enlists One iota for digital transformation push
One iota has been appointed to work on a digital transformation initiative with the sports division of Al Mana, a Qatari conglomerate with 55 companies in eight countries.
The retail division of the group covers the likes of luxury goods, beauty, fashion, home interiors, watches and jewellery, operating over 300 outlets.
The initial focus for the collaboration will be on elevating the customer experience at the Go Sport brand through One iota's Endless Aisle and Kiosk apps. These will be deployed in early 2022 across three locations, including a new store at the Dubai Marina Mall.
The solution will be delivered with One iota's global partner Adyen and its unified commerce and payment solutions that are fully integrated with the aforementioned apps.
