GUESS leverages Matterport digital twins to improve retail operations

GUESS has adopted Matterport digital twins/AI to ensure store brand consistency and create immersive, virtual experiences for its employees, buyers, and wholesale partners.

It uses digital twins (photorealistic digital replicas of its stores) to: ensure all retail employees have the most up-to-date merchandising information, and can make updates to their respective store layouts quickly and efficiently.

Familiarise new hires with the GUESS brand and stores, improving their onboarding process; Create new, virtual experiences for buyers with digital twins of its showrooms, thereby reducing the need for costly travel.
