MandM Direct taps Bloomreach Engagement marketing solution
Bloomreach has been selected to fuel personalised customer experiences and data driven marketing campaigns for MandM Direct.

The retailer centralises it customer data on Google Cloud.
As a Google Cloud partner now available on Google Cloud Marketplace, Bloomreach will be able to quickly deploy and scale its solution on the former’s infrastructure, providing multiple MandM Direct teams with fast access to a single view of customer data.
It says that, as a result of this, marketing campaigns will become more timely and consistent across channels, driving more personalised customer experiences and impacting critical business metrics such as customer lifetime value.
