Fourth adds artificial intelligence powered forecasting to labour scheduling and inventory management solutions
Fourth, a specialist in workforce and inventory management tech to the restaurant, hotel, retail, and leisure industries, has unveiled an artificial intelligence powered forecasting solution.
It says that restaurant operators can use this to improve labour scheduling, reduce food waste, and better manage inventory.

Its AI forecasting performs an in-depth analysis of historical sales data, guest counts, in-store promotions, holidays, and more to provide insight into labour scheduling and inventory management.
