Emarsys e-book shows retailers how to thrive in 2021
Emarsys has launched a new e-book entitled ‘unPredictions’.
Using data from the past 12 months, the company is aiming to “help retail businesses prioritise key actions to kick start their 2021 strategy, planning and activation”.
The e-book includes how to be relevant in 2021, how retailers can use tools and techniques to personalise shopping and how to win business by treating customers as individuals.

Lounge Underwear
In December, we reported that Lounge Underwear had partnered with Emarsys to gain a better understanding of its customers.
Emarsys’s customer engagement platform will analyse and centralise the data of shoppers. It will integrate with Lounge Underwear’s wider technology stack, including Shopify+.
