Marks and Spencer announces Brands at M&S online launch

Marks & Spencer has announced the first batch of third-party fashion brands that will be sold through its website as part of the Never the Same Again programme.

Available under the Brands at M&S banner and sitting alongside the retailer’s own offerings, including Per Una and Autograph, will be the likes of Hobbs, White Stuff and Joules.

Neil Harrison, Director of Brands at M&S, says: “The exciting mix will offer our 22 million customers products we already know they love and introduce them to some new brands. Everything will be available with the benefits of shopping on M&S.com, from tailored Sparks offers to free next day Click & Collect.”

He adds: “As part of our transformation, we also remain committed to developing the quality, style and value of our own ranges and sharing them with customers on M&S.com with energy, confidence and style.”

Never the Same Again

Also this week as part of the Never the Same Again programme, M&S has said its Marble Arch store (one of its largest locations in London) will be redeveloped, with the upper floors converted to office space.

And it has launched 46 flagship websites in new markets, expanding its online reach to over 100 countries.

The retailer’s bricks and mortar popularity has fallen sharply in recent years, while the coronavirus pandemic has seen many customers move online.
