The Mall Luxury Outlets selects Coniq platform for loyalty push
Italy-based The Mall Luxury Outlets has selected Coniq to design a real-time customer engagement and loyalty programme for its fashion brands.
This is set to launch at the end of May and will tap Coniq’s IQ Total Customer Engagement Platform at The Mall Firenze and The Mall Sanremo.
