Feel Good Contacts picks Emarsys as new email service provider

UK online retailer, Feel Good Contacts, is tapping Emarsys engagement and data analytics tools to provide customers with more personalised experiences.

The pureplay had outgrown its existing email service provider, and decided to switch to Emarsys.

Since the platform’s implementation four months ago, Feel Good Contacts has seen unsubscribe rates progressively decrease.

Customers are also responding well to the new individualised offers and improved communications they receive, providing direct feedback about the change.
