ZigZag Global lands Customer Experience Award at DELIVER 2022
ZigZag has won the DELIVER 2022 Customer Experience Award, beating out a number of brands from across retail and logistics.
It received the gong for “providing its own end customers a remarkably superior experience”.
Retailers were impressed with the ZigZag platform and new innovations such as Refund to Gift Card and Live Exchanges to help improve the customer experience.
The ZigZag team accepted the award on the second and final day of DELIVER 2022, an person event for Europe’s e-commerce and logistics community, in front of an audience of retailers and carriers from around the world, including representatives from Ikea, Asos, Unilever, Amazon, Pepsi, Inditex, and Samsung.
