citizenM leverages Recurly technology for hotel brand’s guest subscription service
Recurly, a subscription management and billing platform, has partnered with hotel and lifestyle brand citizenM to enhance its mycitizenM+ guest subscription service.
citizenM, which launched in 2008, will leverage Recurly and its analytics and automated subscription billing to offer targeted pricing and services to its guests.

mycitizenM+ was launched in 2022.
Subscribers gain access to benefits such as complimentary late check-out, a guaranteed room within 48 hours' notice, and a 10% discount on all hotel rooms and food & drink for a monthly fee of €10 (£9/$12).

The first citizenM opened at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport in 2008.
As of August 2023, it has 31 hotels in 18 cities: London, Glasgow, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Paris, Copenhagen, Zurich, Geneva, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Boston, Seattle, San Francisco, Washington DC, Chicago, Taipei and Kuala Lumpur.
