Labeyrie Fine Foods migrates warehouse ops to Android with Zebra Technologies

Labeyrie Fine Foods has replaced Windows mobile computers with Zebra Technologies MC9200 Android-based mobile computers for warehouse operations at its manufacturing plant located in southwest France.

“Our partner, Zetes France, helped us understand the benefits of using Android for our enterprise such as staying ahead of the technology curve,” says Vincent Lecat, Park scanners and printers Administrator, Labeyrie Fine Foods, France. “We selected the MC9200 mobile computer for its compatibility with the previous MC9000 series accessories and its familiar form factor, which is well-known by our warehouse workers.”

It says that 2D scanning features have brought about productivity and data capture accuracy improvements. Warehouse workers have also experienced less muscle fatigue, it adds.
