Blueheart app now accessible via Boots Health Hub
Boots has added sex and relationship therapy app Blueheart to its online Health Hub platform.
Anne Higgins, Pharmacy Director at Boots, says: “We know that intimacy can be important to wellbeing and like Blueheart, we want to break the taboo around this topic.”
“We hope that by making this service accessible via the Boots Health Hub, we can help more people to get access to the support they need.”
Dr Katherine Hertlein, Expert Advisor at Blueheart, says: “When things go wrong in our relationships and sex lives, it can be detrimental to our wellbeing. At Blueheart we’re tearing down taboos and creating a space for couples to overcome relationship intimacy challenges.”
“It is fantastic that Boots customers will now be able to access Blueheart via the Boots Health Hub – it certainly will help us to reach more people and normalise digital solutions for relationships and sex.
Blueheart services are available via subscription packages with free trials per couple, for either a seven-day free trial for the monthly subscription, or a 14-day free trial for the six-month subscription option.
Couples can then either choose a monthly subscription for £19.99 or save 50% with a six-month subscription for £59.99.
Access to other online services that have been added to the Boots Health Hub recently include a collection of mental health services, My Expert Midwife and My Menopause Centre.
Deliveroo
Last week, Boots said it was expanding its partnership with Deliveroo to 125 stores across the UK.
Customers will now have access, via the Deliveroo app, to an expanded range of 750 products delivered to their door in minutes, following a 14 store trial.
Boots is now available via Deliveroo for the first time to customers in cities including Manchester, Glasgow, Belfast, Bristol, Sheffield, Coventry, Plymouth, Exeter, Middlesbrough, York, Aberdeen and Inverness.
More stores are also offering the service in existing regions, including London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds and Edinburgh.
Paula Bobbett, Chief Digital Officer at Boots, said: “We’re so excited to be able to extend our partnership with Deliveroo and offer this service in more cities across the UK.”
“The original trial in 14 stores was a huge success and gave us the opportunity to learn very quickly what our customers want from a rapid delivery service.”
“Now as we expand to 125 stores across the UK, we can be sure the products available on the service are well matched to customer needs.
“Through Deliveroo, our customers can get cough, cold and flu relief products and mild pain relief delivered to their doors to help them with the symptoms of mild illnesses this winter, or baby wipes and nappies for those everyday childcare emergencies.”
“Plus, if they’ve run out of their favourite skin care brand, or need a last minute gift, they can get our great range of beauty and gifting products straight to them in minutes.”
