Unified space and demand planning specialist Quant Retail hooks Absolute Pets and Annabella as customers
South African retailer Absolute Pets has selected Quant Retail unified space planning technology.
“Our main reason for selecting Quant is the level of intelligent automation that it applies to building store specific planograms, that allows us to scale the active management of store specific assortments,” says Kevin Tuffin, Commercial Director at Absolute Pets.
Absolute Pets currently has over 150 stores in shopping centres in South Africa.
It says that, given how individual stores vary in shape, size and customer behaviour, a key benefit of Quant will be the ability to manage store layouts and create store specific planograms based on user defined templates, sales data, promotions and business priorities on one unified platform.
