Mall of America and Coniq partner to launch MOA Insiders membership programme
Mall of America and Coniq have teamed up to launch MOA Insiders.
Shoppers will now be rewarded every time they shop, play, and dine at Mall of America.
MOA Insiders makes it the first combined retail and attraction venue in North America that provides a membership programme for guests.

To join MOA Insiders, shoppers can download the Mall of America app and create a free account.
After signing up, all members will begin earning one point for every dollar spent by presenting the QR code on the app at checkout or at MOA Guest Services. Points can be redeemed for various rewards inside the app such as attraction passes, birthday rewards, and unique offers at participating stores.
Members can earn points even faster while getting access to exclusive benefits with a paid membership. For a $35 annual membership, guests will earn five points for every dollar spent.
As members spend, they will progress through three tiers, which includes bronze, silver, and gold, based on point earnings.
Paid members will immediately have bronze status getting them rewards valued at $75 including dedicated parking, a Nickelodeon unlimited ride wristband, a 30-minute climb at ClimbZone, early access to events, free ShopMOA shipping, complimentary stroller rentals, and special tenant offers.
Moving up in tiers within the loyalty programme will unlock additional rewards such as Mall of America VIP tours, attraction tickets, and valet parking.
