Sizing technology specialist Makip unveils Unisize for Kids for parents purchasing children's clothing online

Makip has announced the launch of Unisize for Kids, an online shopping solution designed specifically for children aged one to 15.

This was developed in conjunction with kids' apparel companies and leverages sizing technology, utilising statistical growth curves to comprehend various body shapes and types unique to children.

Parents are able to make informed decisions when selecting clothing and school uniforms.

With headquarters in Japan, Makip supports over 300 online retail/e-commerce sites and fashion brands including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Lacoste, with its Unisize technology. 

The company is expanding its services to the UK after the launch of Unisize last year. 

It says that ntegration of Unisize for Kids can be achieved in as little as one month, delivering results such as a 20% reduction in clothing return rates and a 2.5 times increase in purchase rates.
