Streaks AI announces generative AI powered partnership with WeShop social selling platform

Streaks AI, a provider of AI-based conversational technologies headquartered in London, is entering into a partnership with WeShop, a platform that combines shopping with social media and has a network of over 1,300 influencers with a combined reach of 50 million+ followers.

The aim is to provide shoppers with enhanced and personalised customer services using AI powered chatbots modelled after the aforementioned influencers.

The generative AI provided by Streaks will deliver a human like, intuitive conversational interface for shoppers seeking in-platform assistance including addressing queries, resolving issues, or receiving product information.

Streaks will also harness the influencers’ existing social media content and data to generate AI clone interactive chatbots that aim to amplify their customer presence.

The partnership will generate revenues for Streaks via influencer’s followers subscribing for access to their individualised chatbot. WeShop will share in this revenue as part of the partnership while providing distribution to its network.

WeShop will also gain access to Streaks' data analytics platform giving it clarity on consumer trends and insights.

The former’s app lists over 500 major retailers on the platform and has 1.5 billion+ products available.
