Flying Tiger Copenhagen UAE

Flying Tiger Copenhagen UAE has launched MishiPay’s Scan & Go technology and Self-Checkout Kiosk system at the Dubai Hills Mall.

The former allows shoppers to use their mobile phones to scan and pay for items while bypassing traditional checkouts. Simultaneously, MishiPay’s self-checkout kiosks are on offer.

Deliveroo

By leveraging Fivetran’s automated data integration platform, Deliveroo says it has been able to centralise data from multiple HR, finance, marketing and productivity tools, speeding up decision making while also freeing up time for its team of engineers to focus on strategic business initiatives.

Filco Supermarkets

Henderson Technology installed its first electronic shelf edge labels (ESEL) into Smyth’s EUROSPAR in Ballymoney in 2019 and five years later the EPoS company has grown this to one million labels in over 220 convenience and forecourt stores, the latest of which being Filco Supermarkets.

The ESELs are integrated into Henderson Technology’s EPoS system, EDGEPoS.

The Conran Shop

The Conran Shop has launched a new e-commerce site on Shopify’s platform.

Jules

French menswear retailer, Jules, has selected Nextail to transform in-season merchandising processes through AI driven demand forecasting and decision automation.

Nextail will look to drive enhanced allocation and replenishment across Jules’s 550 stores in France and abroad.

John Lewis Partnership

Foundever has announced a five-year extension of its contract with John Lewis Partnership.

The two firms have worked together for 17 years.

With over 1,000 dedicated associates globally, Foundever provides omnichannel support for the John Lewis Partnership – which entails both the John Lewis and Waitrose brands – covering voice, email, digital channels and back office operations.

Luca Faloni

Voyado, a Swedish retail technology platform, has secured a new partnership with luxury menswear brand Luca Faloni.

The company will be working with Voyado to focus on combining customer interactions and building customer loyalty.

A key element of the partnership will be ensuring easy integration with its existing Point of Sale system.

BJS

Scurri, a delivery management platform, has announced a partnership with BJS, a family run, two person home delivery specialist.

Based out of the Midlands, BJS specialises in a service covering the whole of the UK mainland for homeware retailers, including Richer Sounds, Wayfair, Bed Kingdom and Beyond Retail. 

By running its own fleet of vans and drivers, BJS retains full control over the end-to-end delivery process,

It powers its logistics, distribution and warehousing operations with in-house software - working closely with its partners to understand their operational challenges and utilising its technology to explore new efficiencies through automation and to deliver the best service possible.

Liberty London

Liberty London is renewing its partnership with Aptos for store technology and customer experience solutions.

Specifically, the retailer will deploy the latest versions of Aptos’ Store POS and CRM applications and migrate the software delivery from on-premises to SaaS.

It says that this will enable it to unlock real-time personalisation and offer even more seamless interactions between associates and shoppers at its Regent Street store.

PetXL Group

PetXL Group, a Norwegian specialty retailer for pet food and accessories, is partnering with RELEX Solutions, a provider of unified supply chain and retail planning solutions.

It says it will tap RELEX technology to improve the overall forecasting and replenishment process and provide visibility into the performance of its retail operations. 

PetXL Group operates within Scandinavia, with 15 stores and a distribution centre.

Boden

Boden is in the midst of a move to Shopify’s digital platform.

In a LinkedIn post, Simon Hamblin, Co-founder at fusefabric, said: “Heading into Boden’s offices this morning, to continue their digital transformation to Shopify.”

“We're gearing up for a couple of full on days with the awesome team at Boden, from mastering Shopify Flow to handling Returns & Refunds, sorting out Payments, and tackling Backorders – it's all on our radar.”

Maxi D

Pricer has inked a framework agreement for the last quarter of 2023 and 2024 with Maxi Di, a retail group within Selex Group, and Pricer’s partner IBC.
