Open for Vintage launches new pricing structure and lands angel investment
Luxury vintage marketplace, Open for Vintage, has announced the launch of customs inclusive pricing.
Founded in 2015, the venture only sells on behalf of independent vintage boutiques, with partners in 12 locations globally.
This, along with a customer base spanning over 60 countries, has rendered any secondary custom bills after a customer orders an item a nuisance and a barrier for purchasing.
But, after a year of development in conjunction with DHL, people will now pay one price which includes all customs, and free carbon neutral delivery worldwide via the latter’s GoGreen shipping initiative.
“We understand the value of convenience for today’s consumer, and believe our new pricing structure, which means what you see is all you pay, regardless of where you, or the item that you are buying is located in the world, will be significant,” Open for Vintage said in a press release.
