Carrefour, owned and operated by Majid Al Futtaim in the UAE, has opened a new store at the DXB airport in Dubai.

This features self-checkout, electronic shelf labels, smart checkout, and mobile scan and go.

Boxed, a New York-based online retailer that sells and delivers bulk sized groceries, has teamed with Lolli to give users up to 5% Bitcoin back on purchases.

Costa Coffee has teamed with US startup Starship Technologies to launch robot coffee delivery in Milton Keynes.

Henderson Technology has installed its EDGEPoS solution into the new Fresh n Save supermarket in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.
