Reiss preps new website launch after move to Next Total platform
British fashion retailer Reiss will launch a new look e-commerce site tomorrow, following its transition to the Next Total platform.
This includes a series of upgrades, such as: cut-off for next day delivery extended to 11pm; improved stock availability thanks to new store fulfilment technology; delivery points extended from 50 to 600 nationwide; and immediate refunds in-store for online orders.
A new iOS app is coming soon.
The vest top is a classic design, and the Daisy gives it a style update. It is iterated in subtle colour-ways and features a charming sweetheart neckline. https://t.co/a1LhuFBsIs #Reiss pic.twitter.com/vdiVS76s5I

For international customers there will be tailored local content and payment options, as well as local language sites.
Reiss, currently trading with international websites in the US, Australia, France, Germany, Ireland and Hong Kong, will be adding a local offering in the Netherlands, and implementing an upgraded international site that will operate in 60 markets.
Reiss CEO Christos Angelides comments: "We are pleased to offer our customers an improved shopping experience with a new look to the website and upgraded services.”
“The cut-off time for next-day delivery will move from 7 pm to 11 pm, and Click and Collect locations have expanded from 50 to 600 points. Customers will also enjoy increased stock availability and choice.”
The Next Total platform transition is the result of an agreement that followed Next’s acquisition of 25% of Reiss’ shares in March 2021.
