Harvey Nichols opts for Bink loyalty tech
Bink has announced a partnership with Harvey Nichols, launching later this year.
This will see the startup’s Payment Linked Loyalty (PLL) technology embedded into the retailer’s Rewards scheme. The initiative will go live across seven Harvey Nichols UK stores, Knightsbridge, Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Leeds and Liverpool, in time for Christmas. It builds on Bink’s partnerships with the likes of Avios, Virgin Atlantic and the Arcadia Group.
Founder and CEO of Bink, Lee Clarke, says: “We’re thrilled to partner with Harvey Nichols; technologies such as contactless payments, mobile, and Payment Linked Loyalty are transforming the retail industry and we are delighted that Harvey Nichols are embracing these trends. We’re excited to help them form even stronger customer relationships and further enhance their popular loyalty programme.”
Rob Partridge, Group Acquistions and Retentions Manager, Harvey Nichols, comments: “Bink have already made significant strides in the retail sector. As adopters of loyalty technology ourselves, we’re committed to streamlining our customers’ shopping experience and ensuring they can earn and redeem their rewards conveniently. For this reason, a simple add-on such as Payment Linked Loyalty is the perfect solution for us.”
