M&S overhauls workforce scheduling with JDA and Microsoft Teams

M&S has released information on a workforce engagement and scheduling pilot with JDA Software and ecosystem partner REPL.

JDA has used its Workforce Management solution and Microsoft Teams to unify the retailer’s employee communications channels, simplifying bricks and mortar operations and ensuring 80,000 colleagues across 700 stores are working the right shift at the right time.

“It’s absolutely critical that we have our colleagues focused on serving customers, with the right people doing the right job at the right time, ultimately improving the customer experience,” says Sacha Berendji, Retail, Operations and Property Director, M&S.
