Ribble Cycles announces Oculizm social media tie up

Ribble Cycles has partnered with startup Oculizm to collect, curate and capitalise on user-generated content from across the retailer’s social networks.

Ribble Live In-Store

Ribble Cycles recently teamed with Go Instore on the launch of Ribble Live In-Store. This allow customers to interact and view products with a team member in-store from the comfort of their own home, place of work or on the go.

Andy Smallwood, CEO at Ribble Cycles, said: “As a leading direct-to-consumer, digital-first business, we are the first in our sector to offer an authentic retail experience in an online format. Live In-Store offers the consumer the opportunity to gain access to a physical store, a dedicated expert Ribble brand champion and the complete product range via their own phone, tablet or laptop.”

Live in Store will initially be provided at the retailer’s Preston store, with the potential to roll-out across its other stores in the near future.
