THG Ingenuity inks five year digital deal with Hotel Chocolat
THG Ingenuity, the technology services division of online retailer The Hut Group, has announced a five-year partnership with Hotel Chocolat.
Terms were not disclosed. The tie up will see the launch of the UK brand’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) offering in the United States.

THG Ingenuity will provide a range of services to the retailer, including a fraud prevention platform, digital brand services and a fulfilment solution featuring chilled storage distribution. The deal includes fulfilment centres across the US, including California, Texas, Kentucky, and Florida.
