ScS taps Go Instore technology for myScSlive service

Go Instore has teamed with sofa and carpet retailer ScS to launch myScSlive, a live video service offering personalised advice for customers shopping from their homes.

Integrated with Appointedd’s online booking and scheduling platform, this allows people to have instant live consultations with ScS store staff.

Customers can also pre-book two-way video calls with an in-store product expert at a time of their convenience.

“The last year has revealed the need to expand our digital offering. Many of our customers are now choosing to shop online instead of in stores but we want to deliver the same experience across both channels,” says Dan Bennett, Head of Online Sales at ScS.
