In a LinkedIn post, Campbell, who will remain as a board member, said: “It’s been an incredible adventure. Every part of it. From those dark moments where it feels like the world is falling in on you, to the home run highs where you feel unstoppable.”

“I’m so grateful to have had this opportunity, for all it has taught me, and for the support and friendship that I’ve been shown along the way.”

He added: “I’m extremely proud of all that the Linnworks team has achieved over the past six years. We’ve gone from being a small startup HQ’d in Chichester, England, to one of the leading players globally in our space. And the team has done it with so much style and grace.”

“Thank you to everyone who has been part of team Linnworks, for your dedication and commitment. I’ve loved working with you.”

Campbell concluded: “Linnworks has a huge future ahead of it. Great customers, great partners, great team. And a great new CEO.”

“It’s been a pleasure getting to know Chris in recent months. He’s a first class leader, with a customer first mindset. And I’m excited to support him and the team as a board member.”
