WE Fashion rolls out Aptos Planning solution
Dutch fashion brand WE Fashion has implemented Aptos tech to manage merchandise financial planning, range planning and assortment planning processes across its 200+ stores in Europe and its online channel.
“The first release of the Aptos Planning solution was successfully completed,” says Koen Aben, Omni Retail Director at WE Fashion.

WE Fashion’s planners are leveraging Planning to manage all aspects of strategic planning and budgeting. The solution helps planners set growth targets from any angle, by line or channel, individually or in any combination. Targets set by planners become a unified starting point for the buyers who rely on the solution to build accurate assortment plans and determine the ideal product ranges and price lines for each unique location, channel and customer segment.
The technology is in use by over 40 planners and buyers throughout the organisation. “Users particularly appreciate the Excel UI of the solution which represents a familiar environment, making the planning task extremely intuitive. Centralisation across channels has helped streamline the planning process, increased the overall visibility on operations and ultimately accelerated decision making,” Aben concludes.
