Omnifi helps food businesses combat coronavirus with Orderbee

Hospitality sector specialist Omnifi has launched Orderbee, a Click and Collect and order and pay platform built as a response to Covid-19, in partnership with PayPal.

During the coronavirus lockdown, Orderbee will allow customers to use a website that takes care of ordering and payment, with a message service telling them when their food is ready and safe to collect. After lockdown, the platform will also support at table mobile order and pay.

Restaurant, pub etc operators can access a set up page, upload their menu items, prices and available ordering and collection slots. Transactions are routed through the operator’s PayPal account and orders are managed in-venue via a dashboard running on a phone, tablet or PC.

The service goes live in early May. It has a flat access fee of £100/site per month and no transaction fees from the platform itself. No additional equipment or investment is required, and there is no long-term commitment or tie-in.

Omnifi is also offering 60 days free access to anyone using this link to register interest.
